I would like to make pasta sauces at home from scratch. I live in India and we dont get much processed food here. Fresh vegetables are available all the year round.I love Italian food because of its freshness and use of vegetable.

Hi Sandhya,

in the pasta recipes section of the website you will find some recipes for vegetarians:

Penne all'arrabbiata.
Fusilli (or any kind of pasta) with tomato sauce.
Linguine with pesto.
Spaghetti with garlic, oil and red chilli.
Spaghetti with aubergines.
Spaghetti with puttanesca sauce (without anchovy fillets it will suit vegetarians).

Try to master the above recipes first and in the future, I promise, I will add some more for you.
