Gnocchi recipes

Gnocchi are thick soft dumplings, made with potato and flour. It's thought that the name derives either from "nocchio" which is a knot in wood, or from "nocca" meaning knuckle. Whichever way, gnocchi are great accompliments to Italian dishes.
