Baby tomato salad (a.k.a. Insalata di pomodorini) Preparation: 5 mins
Ingredients:
Directions:
Buy some baby tomatoes, better if they are ripened on the vine. Then, half them and put them into a small bowl.
Sprinkle with some drops of extra virgin olive oil.
Sprinkle with few drops of vinegar (not too much).
Add some oregano or, as alternative, 4-5 leaves of fresh basil.
Add a pinch of salt.
Stir everything together and serve as a side dish. |
